10/10 loved it and wouldn’t trade it for anything. I had two of the most knowledgeable professors who displayed the information in such a cool way. The glass sand and sediment subsidence intrigued me so much, and everything was done so well. We went on field trips including 2 nature preserves, the Mississippi River levees, and a glass sand green house. Incredibly beneficial for the class. We also did projects on different issues that tested our time management and public speaking skills. We also had 2 exams that gave us a window into the genuine college experience of tests. Last of all, the small class size plus the incredible professors made the course so personal. We got to know things about everyone and became a great family.
I had the best week! The classes were very organized and filled with fun activities that related to our topics.
Getting to become friends with many people in a short amount of time while taking classes with other students is truly and amazing experience, it was a step out of my comfort zone, but I’m grateful for the experience! Without it I would’ve not been able to become friends with many others from many places and have connections with staff and others!
